Today me, my brother, and his dog Memphis took a trip out to Vashon Island. The weather couldn't have been more perfect out there. We spent a good long time cruising around the beach, letting Memshis drag every stick he could find back to some secret hiding place. Before heading out to the beach though, we stopped off at Vashon Island Coffee Roasters which is arguably the best cup of coffee in the northwest. You buy a cup in the store and then head out to the front porch where you can choose from a couple different blends. It was pretty much the perfect way to spend a Sunday before going back to work.
