Cabin Fever

So my parents bought a new house a few months ago and I haven't had a chance to visit until about a month ago. Their house is accessed via a long, forested road with only a handful of neighbors to be bothered by. While I was out exploring the surrounding property I stumbled across this little gem tucked away on the next door lot. Naturally I tried to get in to the cabin but there was a padlock on the front door preventing curious intruders from tresspassing. After a phone call from my mother to the neighbor we figured out that it had been built by the neighbor's father in the 60's as a sort of man cave/poker den. He offered to show me around and I gladly accepted. It was amazing. All of 300 sq. ft of it was heated by a central woodstove that could probably roast you out of the house. It had 2 huge picture windows with a perfect view into the woods. Turns out this guy was a hobbyist woodworker/carver. Those 2 chairs were built by him and his work bench still sits in the corner. Unfortunately the cabin has become somewhat of a catch all/storage space for his son who seemingly only sets foot in there once or twice a year. I figure if I just post up on the front porch with a shotgun he'll pretty much have no choice but to give it to me. Right?
